About

I work with women who are used to being the strong one.

The one who figures things out, holds it together, keeps going. And eventually, that way of being starts to feel... heavy.

The Work

I’ve worked with women across many different spaces — through domestic violence, addiction, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and more. And across all of it, I kept noticing the same thing. Women are incredibly capable of getting through what they have to. They show up. They carry a lot. They figure things out. But somewhere along the way, there can be a disconnect. Life keeps moving, things get done — but it doesn’t always feel purposeful. Or fully aligned. Or like you’re actually living in a way that reflects who you are.

What This Work Means to Me

It’s always been important to me that this work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you come back to what’s already there — your value, your sense of self, your way of moving through the world. I’ve seen how easy it is to lose connection to that. And I’ve also seen that it’s not gone — it just hasn’t been fully uncovered or supported yet. That’s the work.

How I Show Up

I’m grounded, real, and not performative in how I work. You won’t get a version of me that’s trying to sound perfect, and you won’t be expected to show up any differently than you are. This is a space where you can be honest — without judgment, without pressure, without needing to have it all figured out. I work with where you’re at. We don’t rush it, and we don’t force it. We pay attention to what’s real, and we move from there.

At the Core of It

At the center of everything I do is this: I want women to know their value. To understand their worth in a way that isn’t conditional. To feel connected to who they are — not just who they’ve had to be. There’s a version of you that already exists — one that feels more aligned, more steady, more like yourself. Sometimes it just takes space, support, and the right kind of work to get there.

“I want women to know their value. To understand their worth in a way that isn’t conditional. To feel connected to who they are — not just who they’ve had to be.”

If this resonates, you don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We can start with where you are.
